So What Happens in a Coaching Session?
Typically each session begins with goal setting, what does the client need, what arises from within that needs attention? Once the goals of the session are established by the client, together the coach and client work together to achieve the outlined agenda. As the time for closure approaches together the duo assess the success of the agenda and may set in motion actions the client will try out in his/her everyday life to continue to forward the action.
